مکونات تنظيم الذات المنبئة بالاستخدام الحکيم للإنترنت لدى عينة من طلاب الجامعة

يهدف هذا البحث إلى الکشف عن إمکانية التنبؤ بمتغير الاستخدام الحکيم للإنترنت من خلال متغير تنظيم الذات، ومکوناته الفرعية المتمثلة في (التخطيط لإنجاز الأهداف، ومراقبة الذات، وتقييم الذات، وتعزيز الذات، وضبط المثيرات الخارجية، وتنظيم الانفعالات) لدى عينة من طلاب الجامعة، تکونت عينة البحث من (ن= 192) طالباً وطالبة من جامعة بني سويف، تتراوح أعمارهم بين (17: 24)سنة، بمتوسط (19.8)، وانحراف معياري قدره(1.37) . طبق عليهم اختبار تنظيم الذات، واختبار الاستخدام الحکيم للإنترنت من إعداد الباحث. ومن خلال استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي بينت النتائج وجود ارتباطات دالة إحصائيا بين تنظيم الذات، ومکوناته الفرعية والاستخدام الحکيم للإنترنت. کما بينت النتائج إمکانية التنبؤ بنسبة دالة إحصائيا بالاستخدام الحکيم للإنترنت من خلال متغير التنظيم الذاتي. وباستخدام معامل الانحدار المعياري تبين أن مکونات تنظيم الذات الفرعية التالية: "ضبط المثيرات الخارجية، وتقييم الذات، والتخطيط لإنجاز الأهداف، وتعزيز الذات، ثم مراقبة الذات" على الترتيب يمکنها التنبؤ بالاستخدام الحکيم للإنترنت لدى طلاب الجامعة، بينما لا يمکن التنبؤ بمتغير الاستخدام الحکيم للإنترنت من خلال مکون الضبط الانفعالي. وقد تمت مناقشة النتائج والخروج ببعض التوصيات الخاصة بمجال البحث.
